I am a mental health intern nearing completion of my graduate program (Summer of 2025) and working under the supervision of a licensed and highly qualified LMHC. I also hold a licensure as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). Which means I have experience in the counseling space working with those who struggle with substance abuse, mental health issues such as complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. 
My approach is to provide you with a safe, warm, and inviting space to be your true self, free of judgment and shame. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey of hope, healing, and growth, while challenging you to dig deeper. My theoretical orientation leans towards a solution-focused approach, allowing me to help clients identify and work towards practical solutions to their challenges in a collaborative and goal-oriented manner.
