Rebecca Luong, Intern, BA

Currently accepting new clients*

I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients  can feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I work with adolescents and  adults who are navigating challenges related to self-esteem, stress, anxiety, relationships,  identity, life transitions, and generational trauma. I believe that you are the expert on your  own life, and my role is to listen, support, and work alongside you as we explore what you  need and where you would like to go.

My therapeutic style primarily focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative  Therapy. I believe that the experiences we have and the stories we tell ourselves can shape  how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Together, we can  explore these experiences and make space for new ways of understanding yourself and  your story. I strive to approach each client with compassion, respect, and honesty while  tailoring treatment to their individual needs.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, working under the supervision of Jody  Allen, LMHC. I am currently completing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at  Seattle University. I recognize that reaching out for counseling can seem daunting, and I  want therapy to be a place where you feel safe and supported enough to grow. I hope to  walk alongside you through this healing journey and help
