I’m a graduate-level intern currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Oregon University. I received my undergraduate degree in Respiratory Therapy with a professional background in emergency medicine and critical care. This work shaped my compassion for individuals in crisis and deepened my understanding of how physical and emotional well-being are interconnected.

I’m passionate about supporting anyone seeking help, with a particular interest in working with individuals facing caregiver burnout, chronic illness, substance use concerns, and couples navigating intimacy and communication challenges. I approach counseling from a person-centered perspective where I aim to create a compassionate and collaborative space where individuals can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Using integrative methods, I work alongside clients to help recognize their strengths, build coping skills, and pursue meaningful, personalized growth.

Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time in nature with my husband and our five dogs.
