Taryn Ciardi, LMHCA

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), I provide person-centered therapy for adolescents (ages 11+) and adults in a warm, collaborative, and affirming environment. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore your experiences without judgment.

I have a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, human sexuality, identity development, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I provide LGBTQIA+-affirming and kink-affirming care and welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures. My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically and feel supported as you navigate life's challenges.

My work is grounded in a person-centered philosophy and informed by a multidisciplinary approach that recognizes the unique needs, strengths, and lived experiences of each individual. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I collaborate with clients to develop treatment that is thoughtful, flexible, and tailored to their goals.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our five dogs, baking, and traveling. I value curiosity, authenticity, and connection, and I strive to bring those same qualities into every therapeutic relationship.
